    Wonderful room, jacuzzi was great. excellent breakfast in the lounge. would definitely stay here again.

    We had a great time during our stay in Gatlinburg. The hotel room was very clean and very spacious. The balcony afforded a lovedly view of the surrounding area. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Gatlinburg

    Overall I have no major complaints. I t is an older motel but has been well maintained. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty of towels and were large and absorbent. There was an odor in the room but I requested a spray deoderant and that seemed to help. Overall there were no glitches so I have no complaints. Would possibly stay there again

    Very clean and well kept hotel. Friendly staff. However....very overpriced. My room had a view into the top of a large tree......no creek, and a walk to a down the hill elevator to the main road and office building. I paid extra for the ""view"".

    Stayed here for the first time and fell in love. This place is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. The view is wonderful (had a 3rd floor room). Overall, I would stay here again.
