  When I arrived in town. There was no shuttle service from the hotel. The cab fair is outrageous. My room was dirty. Spilled brown liquid in sink. I asked for a room with a view of the mountains that the ad talked of. my view was of a construction site which I must add was noisy very early in the am. I was scared to use the towels due to the fact they had brown dots/stains on them. THe bathroom had brown splatter on the wall behind the toilet. The only good thing was I was able to for one night sit in the hot tub for 15 min till I noticed what looked like mold growing.
  Never again will I stay there and I wouldnt advise anyone to stay their.

  On a recent business trip, I found this hotel to be very clean and an adequate place to stay. Upon arrival, I had requested a non-smoking king room with a refrigerator and was initally put into a smoking 2 queen room. The front desk did apologize but of course they did not have any more of the king rooms or rooms with a refrigerator. So they did move me into a non-smoking queen room. Basically, if you stay here do not expect to get the room you requested, but expect the basic essentials in a hotel room.

  We were located over the swimming pool and it got very noisy late at night (after 10pm). I called the service desk. They immediately cleared the pool and we never heard another sound. The staff was very apologetic and took care of the problem. Room was clean and had all we needed for a good stay. I will stay there again.
