  I took 8 guests to Elk Mt. resort. The staff wore hidden ear pieces and acted like robots. When I checked out there were thousands of dollars in charges I never agreed to. When I questioned the charges...get this, the manager/owner told me "there will be no refunds, the subject is closed" !! So I called him the next day and asked if he would please discuss the matter with me....he said " this subject is closed if you have any more questions call my attorney"
  It gets worse....His attorney sent me an email asking thatIi never contact (the manager) again
  WOW
  I would never ever go back!

  My husband and sons visited last summer and loved it. the best of everything! would go back in a heart beat!
