    I was not at all impressed with this hotel. The customer service person at the front desk didn't believe me when I told him I had a reservation. Once I showed him my confirmation number he took his time to set-up my room and gave me the nasty very unkept room at the end of the hotel. I traveled alone and did not like being in the back of an empty hotel when I arrived. Therer was what seemed to be the maintenance person, in the room above mine and they were extremely noisy well into the night. Considering I went to Roanoke to do business and relax for my birthday, I was VERY unhappy with this hotel. There was a much nicer one up the road but I could not get a refund. Maybe I will use another travel company for my next trip, if this is the type of hotels you work with.

    Knights inn was clean, great breakfast, and front desk manager was very helpful and friendly. we will go back.

    I HAD PROBLEM WITH ROOM SO I MENTON TO FRONT DESK (HE SAID BY HIMSELF MANAGER).VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE,HOUSEKEEPER CAME OUT TO SOLVE PROBLEM SO I THOUGHT THE HOUSEKEEPER WAS MANAGER.I NEVER SEEN THAT KIND OF RUDE PEOPLE.

    The curtains were worn and torn. The beds were thin, bumpy, not comfortable. The blankets were dirty. The hardware holding up the beds were not made for the mattress, stuck out from under the bed. We bumped into them several times, very painful. The bathroom curtain was MOLDY. The bathroom ceiling was falling. The painted surfaces in the bathroom were layer upon layer of paint, very ugly. The free breakfast was cereal, donuts, bread. If I would have paid more I would be more upset.
