For about * per night (including tax) you can get a room about the size of a large walk in closet. The walls were so thin that I could hear every word spoken by the people next door talking at normal speaking volume along with a great deal of parking lot noice. When I called the desk to complain I was lied to and told that there were no other rooms available, all sold out. Found out later that there other rooms avaialble but not ""made up"". With little sleep, my job interview the next day was not good. I am a frequent business traveler and stay in hotels every week. You can certainly get a better room in Salinas at a much cheaper price.
