This facility appeared to be a converted Motel 6. It had nice garden amenities and a large pool plus access to the river. The furniture was old and the room was mediocre. Office staff were nice. At $ it was way overpriced And the website was very misleading as to amenities. We stayed in a $room just outside of Bryce Canyon the next evening and the Cliffrose pailed in comparison. Any place in Springdale, at half the price, would heve been fine.

The hotel had beautiful grounds and a very large pool. Everything was tip top, but the service left something to be desired. The reception when checking in was quite cold and blunt. Don't expect an extra roll of toilet paper! Thank goodness a pleasant young lady was there in the evening and for checkout.

Was looking for a no frills motel close to Zion with a great rate. This hotel works to meet that requirement. Nothing fancy, bed was excellent, had a HD plasma TV with a Satellite connection. If you want fancy look else where, but if you are like me I only need a place to sleep, not entertain myself!

This hotel has beautiful gardens and great views and is w/in 0.25 miles of the park entrance. Rooms were a little sparse in decor, but we spent very little time in the rooms. No late night service as far as food or desk service, but that too is easily worked around. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
