The resort's condominiums are located on Maui's south side within walking distance of Shops at Wailea and approximately 16 miles from Kahului Airport. There are five beaches nearby.
For sports recreation, the resort is adjacent to the Wailea Tennis Club and Wailea Blue Golf Course. On site are two pools, fitness facility (fee), golf, tennis court (fee), restaurant, two whirlpools, and gardens. Free parking, free local calls, and concierge services are available.
One-bedroom/two-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath condos are available. The one-bedroom holds a maximum of four occupants, is equipped with a queen bed, and is 1050 square feet, while the two-bedroom holds six, is equipped with one queen bed and two twins, and is 1200 square feet. All villas have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, satellite TV, VCRs or DVD players, CD players, microwaves, coffeemakers, blenders, toasters, towels, linens, irons and ironing boards, vacuums, rice cookers, alarm clocks, private lanais, high-speed Internet access (for a fee), and air-conditioning. Condos are pre-stocked with an initial supply of soft goods (paper products). Maid service is provided for an additional fee. Rollaways and cribs are also available for a fee.
