The booking was about $*for one night. Upon arrival we were informed of two required fees: - $5 resort fee - $2 fee for the safe in the room Both of these fees were required regardless of whether we needed the safe or the resort, we needed neither of these services. If these are required fees, they should be included in the cost of the room otherwise the listing on Travelocity is not a true reflection of the cost of the actual room. And since sort by cost is part of the Travelocity search process, this Hotels practice is a dishonest reporting of the cost of doing business with them. These fees added an additional %10 to the cost of the room. I would not recommend doing business with an organization that hides a 10% price differential.

not only would i stay here again, but every time in Miami I will be looking for this place. the rooms are clean the staff is so polite and accommodating... even met a very nice lady from Birmingham, UK at the front desk! and for me personally the coup-de-gras was the toilets are cleaned then sealed, confirming it is hygienically cleaned. THANK GOD! Lol
