Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 2-8pm and Sunday 9am-5pm. For additional check-in information please call 1-888-433-4762. Please call ahead for a lock box code at 1-888-433-4762 ext 11100. Lock boxes are on the left side of the building. Look in the box marked Hilton Head Accommodations for after hours check-in packets.

The property features a mid-island location within a 1,800-acre plantation, three miles of beautiful beach and an 11-mile lagoon system, three 4 diamond hotels, 3 award winning golf courses, and a top 50 US Tennis Center. It also offers protected bike paths to convenient shopping and fireworks (in season) at Shelter Cove.

The property offers spacious units located across from the Palmetto Dunes Beach Club, featuring private balconies and docks for fishing, canoeing or kayaking. If booking a Saturday stay through, guests may be asked to move units during their stay. Motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the gated communities of Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes, and Sea Pines. There are limited storage facilities available.
