  The good: the room was clean. The bad: probably the hardest mattress I've ever tried to sleep on. The continental breakfast amounted to coffee, juice, prepackaged cinnamon rolls and Kelloggs Nutra Grain bars.

  The room was small but we didn't need it for anything more than sleeping and getting ready so it was okay. Everything was neat and clean. The mattress was not comfortable and the walls were thin so it was a bit noisy early in the night. The location made up for what was lacking elsewhere. The ocean was so close you can hear and smell it, and some nice shops and restaurants are within walking distance too.

  This is not a 5 star hotel, however the location and price for the area are Great. I took my Nephews and the rooms were clean and price and location were GREAT. right across the street from Lover's point and the Ocean with a nice small beach for the kids.
