  Be aware! The manager is a very pleasant guy. However the room is way overpriced.Its an older place and very run down. The carpet is filthy. The drapes are falling off the windows, lighting is burned out. Air conditioner is noisy. Towels worn out. Needs paint and a good scrubbing!

  Probably the worst room i have ever stayed at, just some of the proglems . . . toilet leaking and bolts connecting it to floor rusted off. carpet unclean with stains and dust ...

  Probably the worst room i have ever stayed at, just some of the proglems . . . toilet leaking and bolts connecting it to floor rusted off. Carpet unclean with stains and dust piles on floor. Bathroom window open with no screen or way to lock, see through door, squeaky floors, very thin walls, could easily everything going on next door and I mean everything. Bed the worst I have ever slept in. No connection for wireless unless took my laptop to the office than it was a slow connection. Terrible breakfast. Would not recommend to anyone especially considering the high room rate.

  This was the dirtiest place i've ever stayed. from the broken down couch to the filthy carpet.
  there was no telephone, just 2 phone books.

  This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. From the broken down couch to the filthy carpet.
  There was NO telephone, just 2 phone books.
  
  Two of the wooden steps going up to the room are about ready to fall in and the lighting at night was almost non existant. Really a safety hazard.
  
  All I wanted to do was get out of there and take a shower in a clean place.

  Room furniture is old and scared. linens on bed ok , towels small and thin, soap fell apart when opened. not thoroughly dusted. comp. breakfast scanty. white bread , two sugary cereals , ...

  ROOM FURNITURE IS OLD AND SCARED. LINENS ON BED OK , TOWELS SMALL AND THIN, SOAP FELL APART WHEN OPENED. NOT THOROUGHLY DUSTED. COMP. BREAKFAST SCANTY. WHITE BREAD , TWO SUGARY CEREALS , WHOLE MILK, ONLY CAFFEINATED COFFEE AND MIILK TO DRINK. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.
