  The door frame on the first room was broken - someone had broken into the room and they did not replace - just nailed back together. the dead bolt did not work. ...

  The door frame on the first room was broken - someone had broken into the room and they did not replace - just nailed back together. The dead bolt did not work. I requested a new room - the dead bolt did not work. There were no chains or secondary form of locking the door from within. Very basic amenities, not worth the price that was charged.
