Not many extras, but good clean rooms and the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was lacking and the area to dine small, but the staff made all the difference, they were great, friendly and knowledgable of the local area. Not a five star resort but a five star staff makes the difference. Did I say I loved the staff. :-)

Hotel is really close to Mt. Rushmore and this being our first trip there, this was a plus. Whne we checked in the front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was clean, but the carpet was somewhat sticky. It's a three story motel and there is no elevator. We were on the top floor and we had to haul our things up the stairs. The ice machine is located on the 1st floor only. Pool area is in 2nd floor and the pool area was nice and clean. Parking is a problem at night ,there is not enough spaces to park close to the hotel.

Super 8 motel in Keystone was a fine place to stay with the children. The pool area was clean and well maintained, the rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast was the basic Raisin Bran and toast fare but for the price of the room who can complain. Located central to many fun family activities including Mt Rushmore and the fabulous Custer State park. Very easy walk to the main down town of Keystone. A fine pizza restaurant is just steps away from the motel. We would stay here again.

The people there were very help full. The location was good for what we wanted to do.The only bad think was we were there a week too soon for some of the things in the area.Most of the town was on limited hours or still closed from the winter,but there was still alot to do near there.Also the stairs and the walk ways are wood so they weren't the quietest things to walk on and you heard everyone walk on the stairs.There breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts I have seen.I would stay there again.
