    Room we reserved and paid for was already given to someone else. First room they tried to put us in was handicapped, second had a broken door lock and damaged toliet seat, third was fine, except for the hair on the bedsheets. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, towells nothing more than large, rough wash rags, and we bought our own toliet paper and brought it in. Ice machine has been broken for some time and the in ground spa had a layer of dirt in the bottom. South end of the hotel smelled of cigarettes, Utah has indoor smoking laws. Owner / Manager offered to comp two nights for the trouble, then changed his mind and wanted payment on day two, even locking us out of our room so we'd have to talk with the desk clerk. Travel online's service was fine through this as they began the refund process right away.

    Stayed here on the way home because they offered free wireless internet - which didn't work. Was given a room designed for people with disabilities which we really didn't need or want. The soaps, shampoo, etc. were miniscule in size and the basin left no place to put anything. Very few restaurant choices in town. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. KIds cereal and foam cups an dishes which they didn't put out until 7 am. Wished we had stayed in Cedar City, St. George, or best of all, Mesquite at the Falcon Ridge Hotel instead of driving on to Beaver to get closer to home.

    Rooms smelled like animal excrement, pool was COLD (had just been refilled according to manager, on a weekend!), spa had dirt in bottom and did not work. Towels were thin and small, mattress and pillows smelled bad. Ice machine did not work, lock on doors broken. Not worth the money even for a bargain price, and we had no option but to stay since we were traveling with 10 people, including 4 children. These were representative of all 3 rooms, not just one.
