Disaster!! Lousy customer Service
08/06/2009Customer service? not here!! the smoke detector chirped at 11:30pm, the deluxe room fireplace didn't work and the door to the bath squeaked so loud it woke up ...
Customer service? Not here!! The smoke detector chirped at 11:30PM, the Deluxe room fireplace didn't work and the door to the bath squeaked so loud it woke up everyone in the room. We asked for an air mattress for the kids which they failed to bring to the room then when they brought one, it leaked!! The "management" was surprised when we told them we were checking out after our disastrous night and they even tried to blame us for THEIR PROBLEMS.

We stayed one night and were very pleasantly impressed. Very comfortable bed. Much nicer than a typical bed and breakfast type hotel. The walls were not very well sound insulated but the area and guests were all very quiet.

We stayed at the duck in for 7 nights an really enjoyed the Whitefish River out in front of our room. We fished, kyacked and swam there. The owners were very helpful to guide us to the best places to eat and hike. It was the best vacation we ever had.
