This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Good beds, multiple pillow types on each bed, big desk with plenty of electrical outlets where you can get to them (without standing on your head!), comfortable soft chair, granite counter tops in the bathroom, nice large walk in shower (no tub), big towels, all amenities. The free Breakfast was outstanding. So many options, all fresh and warm, staff present to clean tables etc .

watch out for bate and switch tactics! I was quoted one price, and way overcharged when I later saw my bill. No fridge or microwave, Too dark to see to do makeup in bathroom, rude staff, not helpful. Done with this place!

Over Priced

Desk personnel lack personality and have little concern about your comfort.
Always ask for room on back side as the rooms on street side sound as if you left the window open. Petroleum trucks run all night. Very noisy.
At 150+ you would assume better. Water takes a while to heat up.
No refrigerators or microwaves in rooms or lobby.
Tv's are set at a certain level if you have hearing issues you have to sit right next to TV.
Some breakfasts are ok. But not close to other Holiday inn express facilities.
Internet service is just terrible. Pick up wireless from outside of hotel. Hotel as ethenet hookup but it never works properly.
Double check your reservation rate. Bait and switch tactics are used. Double check hotel bill when leaving as they usually overcharge.
Do to oil boom they gouge you and hope to pay off hotel before new hotels are complteted in Mid 2008. -

I stayed at this Hotel with my husband and three children. You would think a hotel at this price would have a roll-away bed to accomidate our fifth person- but not this one! It made for very uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. The woman at the front desk was not helpful or concerned with this issue. Was not made to feel welcome. Not a family Friendly Place!
