Picnic tables and BBQ grills are located in the open spaces surrounding the three wings of condos, and two common indoor hot tubs around the corner from the on-site office. Other property amenities include on-site laundry, (though many condos have their own washer/dryer), grocery/deli, a private parking lot, and a stop for the complimentary town shuttle. There is also an on-site restaurant, ski equipment storage, and a shuttle to the lifts available.

Housekeeping is provided every 4 days, with on-site Telluride Mountain Lodging staff available to accommodate all your immediate needs. Each condo comes equipped with full kitchen, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Other amenities include hairdryer, iron and ironing board, direct dial telephone with voicemail, and cable TV with VCR and CD player. There is a Fireplace in most rooms. Rollaway beds and cribs are available.
