Highlands at Spectrum offers 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suites, these range in size from 1074 sq ft to 1096 sq ft. They are completely furnished and include all housewares. They also include full size washer and dryer, full kitchen with microwave and icemaker. We offer 2 different floorplans, both sleep up to 6 people. Amenities include television with cable in each bedroom, and in the living room. High speed internet access at no extra charge, as well as a DVD player in each unit. We are brand new community located in Gilbert Arizona right off of Val Vista and the 202 loop. Each suite has private patio or balcony and a covered parking space. We are a gated community, and guest have access to 24 fitness center as well as a pool, Jacuzzi, and billiard room. We offer complimentary coffee and cookies daily from 7:00am until 6:00pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am -5:00pm Saturday, and 10:00am-5:00 pm on Sunday. We are located close to shopping, restaurant s and Gilbert Mercy Hospital.If checking in after 5:00pm on the weekends or 6:00pm thru the week, please call ahead to get gate codes and room access, otherwise please know that it could be 15 minutes before maintenance is reached for information and in order to obtain checkin arrangements.
