Loved this place!! Was VERY shocked for the price we paid, low price over the top service..by far the best service we have had at a hotel in years!! Awesome rooms slept like a baby the whole three days we stayed there. Management was top notch and she cared about her guests, she appeared to know most of the guests like friends at breakfast talked to each table. The breakfast attendant (a young man) was very caring and polite helped us out each morning we were down there. I really felt like home here...would definately go back and I have told everyone I know to stay at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Hays, Kansas!!

I was very pleased with my stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Hays. The check-in went quickly and I had a very good recommendation for dinner at a restaurant within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet and the continental breakfast was excellent.

The Baymont Inn exceeded our expectations. The front desk personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary breakfast buffet - there were many options to choose from, including fresh waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, a variety of pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit and of course - COFFEE! Our room was clean and tidy. The room layout was a bit awkward - not much room to walk from entry through to the bathroom area (two adults and two young children), but we managed just fine. The A/C was nice & cold and we liked the option to buy movies in the room. Overall, we had a great time!

Hotel was currently being renovated with new fitness equipment, new mattress and box springs, and some rooms were being converted into suites. We stayed in a room that had already been renovated. The room was comfortable with wi-fi, a nice bed, clean linen/towels, a lounge chair, and a computer chair with desk. There was an ample breakfast including a different hot selection each morning.
