This professionally managed resort by Endless Vacation Rentals is located in Fraser/Winter Park, Colorado, minutes from three different ski areas and surrounded by a number of warm-weather activities. The Winter Park, in Arapaho National Forest, rests near the slopes of Winter Park, Berthoud Pass, and Silver Creek for superior skiing and snowboarding. In warm weather, lakes and rivers offer fun for anglers and boaters. Hiking, mountain biking, golf and tennis opportunities are all close by. There are more than 600 miles of marked trails for hiking and mountain biking.

The common area has free laundry, sauna, and wireless Internet for those bringing their own laptop. There is a free shuttle that stops at the entrance to the property every half hour during the winter months. This is a non-smoking resort.
