the online travel website messed up room reservation but lucky for us the front desk people were great and got us sorted out. The rooms were a bit old and far from clean but the bathroom had been updated and although small ,was nice. We had a kitchen and that was good for us to eat breakfast and pack lunches. Did not try the pool . They had no working ice machine in the place. If your expecting high end, this is not the place. IF being close to the park for daily trips to the Tetons for hiking. this is a fine place.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The rooms were small, dirty and dark. They offer patrons the dark, shabby, run down rooms. There were no windows in our room and the door was crowded by the hotel's dirty laundry. The front desk was barely mediocre, only half-heartedly trying to make up for placing us in the worst room they had. They offered to upgrade us, but basically they wanted us to pay $30 per day more. Don't bother. The bathrooms are tiny and cramped; the pool is gross. The shower heads are extremely low, so it is very uncomfortable to shower. Don't trust the hotel website either!! I assure you your room will not live up to the images portrayed.

Lots of construction in the area and not easy to get to the hotel or get your luggage up the stairs. How about no breakfast, no refrigerator, no micro, mildew in the bathtub, old, old. Staff was very nice. Watch the threshold going into the office area. I sprawled myself nicely on the stone floor. I thought it would be nice to see Jackson on one end of the trip and Teton Village on the other. I think Teton Village is a waste of time unless your are skiing or heading for the park (via dirt road for part of the way). Bad decision for our needs. We rented a car from Dollar which is not at the airport but in Jackson so had an added drive to turn the car in very early and wait for the Dollar bus to the airport. Hotels do not have complimentary transport to the airport.

The staff was friendly, but confirmation from the travel website to the motel was completely wrong from the confirmation that I got from the travel website. The front desk told me I was being upgraded from pool side to a mountain side room. We were in the corner right by the elevator, with a tap in the bathtub running hot water, that you could not turn off . Our mountain side view was that of another motel, not of the mountain. Pool side would have been a better view of the mountains then our mountain side view. Maybe guest should not be told they are getting upgraded to mountain side when you can't even see the mountains.

Very pleased with this hotel. Outdoor swimming pool was great for the kids. Room was spacious, we were "upgraded" to a suite that included a fireplace (we didn't use) with kitchenette. Bedding was comfortable, pull out was a little lumpy. Location was perfect for checking out the sites in Jackson. Took the scenic float down the Snake River. Picture is a little deceiving, they are not the only hotel on the mountain. Two new hotels obstruct the view of the mountain. Overall a nice place and would be perfect for skiing.
