Located on World Famous Alii Drive, the White Sands Village condominium is situated close to the only white sand beach in Kailua-Kona. It is located four miles south of Kailua Village and under two miles north of Keauhou. Kona is the sunniest resort area in the Hawaiian Islands. With the minimal rainfall, the ocean stays crystal clear year round enhancing the brilliant sunsets and making water sports a way of life.

The pool is heated year-round so one can enjoy a swim even during the cooler months. The guests can also relax in his and hers saunas, catch a bit of sun on a lounge chair, or sit in the shade and enjoy a bit of vacation reading. A new gas grill, located next to the pool and a few covered picnic tables, is available for use. Laundry facilities are available at four locations, and mail is delivered to mailbox banks.

The comfortable, expansive, and central air-conditioned equipped 1,010 square foot (+ lanai) two-bedroom, two bath condo boasts a perfect complex location overlooking the swimming pool and features a premium sized 27-inch wide lanai with an ocean view. This fully remodeled condominium includes such extras as a tiled kitchen and baths, glass-top stove, built-in microwave, Casablanca ceiling fans in all major rooms and lanai, comfortable island rattan furnishings, 27-inch flat TV, large stack washer and dryer and pleasing artwork.
