Hotel was horribly loud, sounded like I was inside an aquarium when the guy upstairs took a shower at midnight and 5am. Front desk offered to move to another room (at midnight, yeah right!). My wife sleeps through anything, but the noisy plumbing woke her up. I'm not kidding, I've never, ever heard plumbing so loud you can hear the water splashing on the floor of the tub and going down the drain. The guy took not one, but two baths at midnight. Each time he let the water out, I could hear every gurgle and gulp as the water went through the pipes 6 inches from my head. Management couldn't do anything except give me a free breakfast since I booked through an online travel website. It took them 15 minutes to get that credit done. In the meantime, my cab showed up and cost me money while the meter was running. HORRIBLE if you actually want to sleep. Otherwise, it's nice. The Dolphin Mall is ok, lots of outlet stores. There is another mall with JC Pennys and Sears about 4 blocks away.

We stayed here while looking for a home in the Miami area. The staff was professional, polite and took good care of us (we were there for almost three months). The rooms were comfortable. Room service was always flawless. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Was here on business for 4 nights and never imagined there would be so much to do in my free time, I only wish I could have stayed for a couple more days. Lots to see and do, close to food, shops and nightlife. The rooms were brand new and immaculately clean. Staff service was fantastic too. I will stay here again . Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel is situated less than a block from Dolphin Mall. This mall has a couple of hundred stores, plenty of restaurants, and night life. I spent a lot of time at the Bass Pro Shop looking at the boats and equipment.
