My fiance and I stayed in the 19 Atlantic while we were in town for a cheerleading competition and it was wonderful. The room was a bit small, but beautiful and clean. The bathroom was also beautiful and so big (almost the same size as the bedroom). The sundeck was pleasant and deserted when I went up there to read and enjoy the sun. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Our friends were staying at one of the big chain hotels about 10 blocks down the strip so when we were hanging around everyone came up to our room to use the bathroom/relax and all of them raved about our room compared to theirs. A few admited they were jealous, especially when they heard the price. The only thing I could even begin to complain about was the parking. There is a small lot right next to the hotel which is always has someone at the entrance to check your parking tag and make sure you're staying at the hotel (which was great) but it did fill up quickly. They have another lot maybe 2 blocks away if the small lot is full, which is a bit inconvenient, but unless you are disabled or have difficulty walking it's not a big deal. We're already planning to spend a week there after the next competiton.

The Rooms are very small and we didn't have any windows in our room. It was very clean and peaceful,and relaxing. The hotel location was great.Everything you need is within a block. The Beach is across the street. Staff was very nice.

Hotel was very unique in its style and size. Kind of european -- small but neat rooms. Location was excellent -- very close to the beach and conveniently located on the strip. Only concerns were amenities, no clock radio in the room as stated and internet did not work -- bed was kind of hard. For the price, it was a good hotel right on Virginia Beach. I probably would stay there again.

I recently stayed at 19 Atlantic hotel during 4th of July weekend and I got to say I was positively surprised by the facility! The room was very small but cozy, clean and everything looks new. The AC was nice and quiet and the maintenance staff was very friendly and kind. The only comment I have just as an advise to the front end staff is to be more friendly and less cold with the guests!!! anyway I would go back.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was wonderful. Great location. Flat panel TV in room. Took my girlfriend there for a few days and thought it was great. Rooms actually come with Bath and Body Works soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. You can't beat the value for the price. The only downside was a computer error with my Amex card.
