  The internet description of this motel is quite accurate. It is very convenient to everything Bar Harbor has to offer. While the rooms have that New England charm (not modern) it is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. There were two easy chairs placed in front of a large picture window that allow for enjoying nature no matter the weather. The grab and go breakfast and complimentary newspaper allowed us to plan our day in leisure. The rates are quite reasonable and the staff is delightful. We would certainly stay here again.
