First Time...WILL be back!

I usually pride myself in finding a pretty nice hotel after LOTS of research..but this time, I have to say that the photos do NOT do justice to this hotel. We have been LOTS of places, but I have never been in such a NICE, clean, and comfortable hotel room such as the one we stayed in here! I understand that the rooms had been recently remodelled, but as we all know...even the NEWEST of hotels....never are exactly to our liking. Even in the most expensive hotels...you might find dirt or hair in the corners of the floor, in the bathroom, for instance. Not here! The room was literally immaculate. The bedding was my favorite...so clean and fresh, and I don't know what type of laundry detergent is used but they were so fresh and reminded me of that Ivory Snow clean smell. Housekeeping made sure our hotel was stocked each time they came in to clean...and the "twins" were our favorite. These girls came in and did a GOOD job cleaning...and were so fast and effiicient! We now have a favorite new hotel when we come down to Virginia Beach...I just wish we could get our same room each time..what a view!!! The ONLY downfall was that the commode seat was a little loose, and I actually tightened it myself, but it still worked itself loose. Nothing a couple replacement plastic screws couldn't fix!

This hotel has been newly remodeled and was very nice. Very clean, except for the shower hadn't been cleaned, called the front desk and they sent someone to clean it right away. We waited while they cleaned it and then they asked us if it was done well. They also checked the room at this time to make sure everything else was good. It was. No problems after that. All ocean front rooms with great view. My family had a great time and wished they could have stayed longer.
